Lachlan Ohana Digital



Lachlan is an entrepreneur at heart.

With over 16 years of experience in the marketing industry, 12 spent owning & operating his own businesses. His detailed knowledge of the intricacies in this space allows him to acutely recognise trends and patterns early to understand how these shifts impact markets and consumer behaviour.

In 2009, capitalising on his experience and expertise in purchasing & operating healthcare practices he launched his own business, Healthsite. Providing software and digital solutions to Australia’s leading healthcare practices to enable them to improve efficiencies. In 2021 Healthsite was acquired and currently enjoys ongoing success.

Over the years, he has diversified his business interests to currently include a digital marketing agency; Heartbeat Digital Marketing, a digital health & wellness magazine; Thrive Magazine and an automated healthcare recruitment platform for practitioners.

Lachlan is a leader by example and believes work is best done collaboratively.

Lachlan is a competitive being; stemming from his rowing career where he represented Australia at the World Championships on several occasions.

Mick is a Digital Marketing and website expert.  With extensive experience in building digital products and a desire to see digital marketing positively impact businesses in Australia, Mick is well-positioned to guide customers through the ever-changing and confusing world of digital marketing.

In his spare time, Mick can be found enjoying time with his wife and son, playing his guitar, or riding his bike (very slowly) up the nearest mountain.

Ian has a wealth of work and life experience, but a love of the internet and its pervasive influence on society is what drives his interest to explore and understand the internet in greater depth.
With over 15 years in digital, Ian has a B.A. in Internet Communications, and a Boston University certificate in Social Media Marketing.

Ian spends his work time helping clients achieve their goals through the execution of Google Ads and Social Media. For play, Ian’s creative outlets such as image compositing and video editing, AFL football, and the wintery sport of Snow Skiing keep him busy and active.

Alan is an SEO Specialist who has helped a range of businesses increase their presence in search results, generating increased organic traffic and revenue.

Alan is degree educated in Internet Communications, and has previously been employed in roles that include research, analysis, risk assessment and decision-making. He has a passion for continual learning, understanding the who, what, why, when and how, and strategising for implementation to help clients achieve maximum results.

In his spare time, you will likely find Alan playing fetch with his Staffy x Labrador named Max, soaking up the sun at the beach, regaling stories about Melbourne history, enjoying a few cold drinks with friends, and cheering on his Magpies in the AFL.

With a postgraduate degree in Project Management & International Business and a burning passion for social media marketing, Benedicta possesses the creativity and skills necessary to create captivating content and curate social feeds beautifully and effectively.

Benedicta’s experience as social media specialist enables her to assist clients in achieving their social media aspirations and goals.

During her free time, Benedicta keeps herself busy by pet sitting or binge-watching horror movies.
